Description

Mezzi Rigatoni De Cecco: The shorter version of the classic Rigatoni typical of the Roman tradition is also characterized by the groove on the outer surface and for the diameter and thickness. The ideal condiments for the Rigatoni Meats are meat or vegetable sauces, provided they are sufficiently thick enough to enter the form and let it gather from its creeks. Unbeatable in fish-based recipes.
