Description
Tom yum paste used for tom yum soup is characterised by its distinct hot and sour flavours, with fragrant herbs generously used in the broth. The basic broth is made of stock and fresh ingredients such as lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, lime juice, fish sauce and crushed chilli peppers.
Ingredients: Lemongrass 22%, soybean oil 20%, sugar 9%, shallot 8%, HVP (hydrolyzed soy protein) 6%, dried red chilli 5%, water 5%, garlic 5%, galangal 5%, salt 3%, citric acid (E330) 2.5%, shrimp paste (Shrimp (Crustacean) 80%, salt 20%) 2%, tamarind 2%, fish sauce (anchovy 70%) 2%, monosodium glutamate (E621) 2%, dried shrimp (crustacean) 1%, kaffir lime peel 0.5%.
