A fruit from the Rosaceae family the Black Cherry is the only ingredient in Boiron Black Cherry Puree and is made without colouring preservatives thickener.
This 100% black cherry fruit puree is smooth, deeply dark and it comes additive-free and can be easily used in delicious cocktails, smoothies, pie fillings or in whatever combination of cherry and dark chocolate you fancy.

Defrost Instructions:
In order to maintain all the sensory qualities of our product, Les Vergers Boiron recommend you to defrost the product in its original packaging at a temperature between 35°Fand 39°F, 24 hours minimum.
If needed you can also defrost the product in its original packaging at a mild temperature in a micro-wave oven. In order to obtain a perfectly homogeneous product, Vergers Boiron recommend you, to defrost the whole product and mix it.
Storage: After defrosting, the product can be stored for 15 days at +35/+39°F in its closed packaging. Defrosting and storage after defrosting are the user’s responsibility and must be done in accordance with good hygiene and HACCP practices.
