Agar Agar Powder 1kg, used in cooking as an alternative to gelatine to create jelly, custard or pudding.
Agar is obtained from red algae. The perfect vegetarian substitute for meat gelatin.
Process: jelly - 5g of Agar Powder in 500ml water, boil the mix for around 1-5 minutes and leave to cool. The jelly should be ready to use in around 2 hours.
