Traditional Victorian English delicacy, Pickled Walnuts in malt vinegar, perfect as an accompaniment or as ingredient. They make a lovely accompaniment to cheeses, cold meat platters as well as poultry and game dishes. These Pickled Walnuts are harvested before the shell forms, whilst they are still green. They are then cooked and pickled in spiced malt vinegar and hand-packed into jars.
