Milfresh Powder has been especially formulated for baking and can be used as a substitute for fresh milk in any baking application. An ambient product that only requires luke warm water to make!
Ingredients: Whey Permeate Powder (Milk), Skimmed Milk Powder (24%), Coconut Oil, Maltodextrin, Anti-caking Agent (E551), Stabilisers (E340ii, E452i), Milk Proteins, Emulsifiers (E471), Vitamins (C,A, D3).
Allergens: Milk.
Storage: Store in cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep bag tightly closed and use within 3 weeks, keeping away from strong odours. When made up, use as fresh milk. Store in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours.

Usage: Take half the required amount of water (lukewarm for best results) and lightly whisk in the total amount of Milfresh required. When well dispersed add the remaining water (cold) and complete the mixing. Do not mix previously prepared batches. Do not use boiling liquids.
