Description
Grated Mature Cheddar Cheese made from pasteurised cow's milk that graze on the lush pastures of Southern Ireland. Matured for a minimum of 6 months, firm cheese with a rich, creamy texture and full flavour.
Ingredients: White Mature Cheddar Cheese Milk water, veg palm oil, milk protein, modified starch, salt, lactic acid, emulsifying salts (E331, E339), preservative (E202).
Added ingredient: Anti-caking agent Potato -Starch.
Allergens: Milk.
Storage: Keep refrigerated at below +5C. In frozen store at -18C. Once opened use within 72 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.
