Description
The Chifferi belong to the short dry fantasy shaped pasta family, they are tubolar and elbow-bent. These are a Northern and Central Italian type of pasta and are usually about 17 mm long whereas their thickness varies between 1,05 and 1,15 mm.
To serve the Chifferi choose either light and simple sauces, such as tomato or egg and cheese based condiments.
Cooking time:Cooking time 7 minutes, al dente 5 minutes.
