Easy Cook really is rice that has been parboiled at source with the husk on, rather than thinking it is easier to cook. This grain is slightly off white in colour until it is cooked, then it turns white.
Long grained rice, not only looks pretty, but is equally tasty and easy to cook. The minute you start making long grained rice, your home will be filled with a tantalizing aroma which will make your mouth water and tummy scream for more.

Ingredients:
Easy Cook Long Grain Rice (100%).
How to Cook:
On the Hob: Allow 60g (2oz) of rice per person.
1. Place 60g of rice per person into a large saucepan of boiling water.
2. Add salt if desired. Bring to the boil. Cover then simmer for 12-15 minutes.
3. Remove from heat. Drain, fluff with a fork and serve.
