MONIN Yellow Banana syrup has the rich, sweet, honeyed flavoured we all know from a delicious ripe banana. Bananas originated in South East Asia. They are grown in over 135 countries globally and are harvested primarily for their fruit however can also be used for their fibres, banana wine and banana beer making. MONIN Yellow Banana syrup adds an exotic flavour to Hot Chocolates, frappes, cocktails and mocktails.
Ingredients: Sugar, water, concentrated banana juice, natural flavouring. Banana juice: 10%.
Storage: Store in a dry, cool (<25°C) place and protected from light.
