Ingredients: Cream Cheese 55%, Whole Pasteurised Milk, Jalapeno Pepper (5%), Modified Starch, Wheat Flour, Maize Flour, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Dextrose, Thickener (E412, E415).

Usage: Keep frozen until use. Do not refreeze after defrosting and use within 24 hours. Deep fat fryer Preheat frying oil to 175°C (347°F). Fry small quantities (± 20 pieces per 5 l oil) for about 3-5 minutes, until golden yellow and crispy. Serve after 2 minutes.
Cooking instruction oven: Preheat oven at 220°C during 10 minutes (electrical oven level 7, gas oven level 5). Spread the preferred quantity jalapeño snacks equally on the baking tray. Place the tray in the middle of the oven. Bake the jalapeño snacks for about 12-15 minutes until golden yellow and crispy. Turn them halfway.
