Description
In Greek, Feta means "slice". It is Greek people’s favourite cheese and probably one of the oldest cheeses in Europe. Feta cheese is traditionally made from sheep’s and goat’s milk and is stored in barrels of brine. With no crust, deliciously crumbly, rough, granular and salted. Ideal for mezes, salads or together with numerous culinary preparations, like tyropita.. But the best way to eat it is simply with a drop of olive oil and oregano. Kali Orexi ! (Enjoy your meal!)
