A good vinegar with a clear, rich, bright, distinctive flavour and light delicate taste (no unpleasant sharpness).
Delicious in sauces and general cooking. Ideal in with salads, also you can use it in marinades, to tenderise as well as to flavour,to give piquancy to rich foods. It is also a good substitute for lemon juice in dishes and can be used to savoury dish or in sweet dishes such as meringue.
Use it in chutneys and relishes and the white wine vinegar will act as a preserving agent.
