Green Peppercorns in their natural state, preserved in water and salt (brine). These peppercorns are a favourite with chefs. They are hot - Spicy hot, and are perfect for making a pepper sauce for a sirloin or fillet steak.
Ingredients: Green Peppercorns, water, salt, acidity regulator: acetic acid.
