Truffle Hunter minces and preserves their fresh truffles at the height of the season, when they are at their most flavourful. Preservation in Olive Oil extends the life of the truffles for up to 18 months and maintains their firm bite and earthy, umami flavour. These are excellent when stirred into gravy, blended into risotto or used as a garnish for meat.
