Strong Roots Sweet Potato Rustics are thick-cut, coated sweet potato fries made with 90% sweet potato, delivering a naturally sweet flavour and crispy texture. Lightly battered for extra crunch, they cook to a golden, evenly coated finish while staying soft and fluffy inside.
Suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets, and Halal and Kosher certified, this product is ideal for foodservice use. Designed to cook straight from frozen, they can be deep fried or oven baked for consistent, high-quality results.

Cooking Instructions:
Deep Fry: 175ºC for 3½-4 minutes
Rational Oven: 200°C for 18 minutes
