Description
Formulated to remove non-rinsable residues from new and existing glassware. These residues affect beer head retention and lacing characteristics - essential to product quality and presentation.
Glass Treatment:

Soak method - Add 1 scoop per 4 litres of hand hot water. Soak glasses for 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

Cabinet Machine method - Fill machine, add 3 scopes to wash water. Put each basket of glasses through 2 machine cycle. Rinse glasses is clean water. Add 1 scoop after every 4th wash cycle. For fresh water machines add 1 scoop for each wash cycle.
Machine Cleaning:

Cabinet machine - After wiping out the machine, clean jets and filters. Add 1 scoop to wash tank. Operate machine through 2 cycles, drain and refill machine.

Brush type machine - Add 1 scoop to wash water. Soak Bowl and brushes.
