Tate and Lyle's Black Treacle's distinctive bitter-sweet flavour brings a beautiful richness to sweet dishes like Christmas pudding, parkin, treacle toffee or gingerbread. It's also great for savoury dishes, glazes and marinades. Each catering tub is 7.26kg.
