Konjac noodles, also called shirataki noodles, are made from the root of the Konjac plant - an Asian vegetable. Known as a wonder food, they contain very few calories, carbs or fat, but bursting with fibre. This traditional Japanese ingredient is ideal for a Japanese style hot pot (Sukiyaki), or perfect for a quick oriental stir-fry.
