Formerly known as “Leicestershire Cheese”, named after the County from which it originated back in 17th century. Cheese with a rich orange hue.

By only using milk from the farm's cows, the quality of this Red Leicester is protected and it's second to none. The cheeses are bound in cloth and matured for 6 months, to produce that wonderful depth of flavour.
