Pistachio Gelato made with pistachio nuts or flavouring. It is often distinctively green in color. Pistachio Gelato is a layer in Italian cuisine spumoni.Pistachio Gelato is made the traditional way with palm kernel oil fresh cream without being overly rich. Just as true Italian gelato should be, it has an intensely full flavour with a fine, clean edge. Nothing artificial here either. All natural, fresh and fabulous.
