Boiron Frozen Papaya Puree 1kg

Boiron's Frozen Payapa Puree is ideal for making drinks and pastries. The pure taste of tree ripened Payapas in the convenience of a frozen fruit puree made with 100% Payapa. Payapa Puree is excellent in fruit jellies, popsicles, as a sauce for plated desserts, and to flavour ice cream. It can also be added to vinaigrettes for salads such as a grilled duck and Payapa salad with toasted pecans. Payapa Puree is delicious added to mashed turnip or squash for the holiday table.

This purée is obtained by the strict selection and the blending of ripe fruit varieties harvested by producers.
This purée has been finely sieved and packaged in the Valence plant (France). The production process guarantees an unvarying sugar content and acidity while maintaining as much as possible the organoleptic properties of fresh fruit.

Ingredients: 90% Papaya, 10% Invert Sugar syrup.

Defrosting mode and storage after opening: In order to maintain all the sensory qualities of our product, Les vergers Boiron recommend to defrost the product in its original closed packaging, at  35/+39°F. To unmold or cut your frozen purée easily, we recommend one of the following methods: remove the lid, do not remove the protective seal and leave the tray at room temperature for 5 minutes; or leave the lid and protective seal on, run the tray under lukewarm water for 30 seconds at least before removing the lid and protective seal. Defrosting and storage after defrosting are the user’s responsibility and must be done in accordance with good hygiene and HACCP practices.
