Ingredients: Chicken Breast (73%), Wheat Flour, Water, Modified Corn Starch, Refined Palm Oil, Modified, Tapioca Starch, Salt, Sugar, Spices (Black Pepper, White Pepper, Garlic, Onion), Raising Agents (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Vegetable Shortening (Non Hydrogenated Palm Oil), Stabiliser (Sodium Tripolyphosphate), Rice Flour, Yeast Extract (Contains Salt), Colouring (Paprika Oleoresin), Refined Coconut Oil.
All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Re-heating instructions (from frozen): In a 950W microwave heat on a high setting for 2-3 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Cooking instructions (from frozen): Ovenbake: Preheat oven to 200C / 400F/ gas mark 6. Place product on a lightly basted baking tray and cook for approx 10-12 minutes. Deep fry at 180C for approx 2-3 minutes.
