Description

This is the most traditional white tortilla flour. Also known as masa harina/maseca. Designed for short shelf life applications. It contains no preservatives or gums. But the finely ground 100% white corn has a great flavour and texture. The recommended water level is 120 to 135 lbs of water per 100 lbs of flour (Water levels vary depending on equipment and finished product parameters).
