Oven cook:
FROM FROZEN: Fan Assisted Oven. Heat oven to 200°C / Gas 4. Spread frozen falafels evenly on a baking tray. Place in the centre of the oven for 7 minutes, remove from oven and turn falafels over. Cook for a further 8 minutes until piping hot.
Microwave:
FROM FROZEN: Cook for 2 minutes (if you heat more than 6 you may need to lengthen cooking time), turn the falafel balls over and cook for one more minute or until piping hot.
